The Women's League Annual Gala and Silent Auction, to be held on March 7, 2020, is our primary fundraiser. The evening includes food, dancing, a silent auction, and a raffle. This is a popular event bringing together over 250 residents of Reading and the surrounding area each year. Our silent auction and raffle are comprised of donations from generous businesses like yours. I am contacting you to request your support in the form of a gift card and/or product donation to be used as a silent auction or raffle item at our Annual Gala. Donations are tax deductible as provided by law (the Women’s League of Reading’s Tax ID # is 04-3495354). Any donation your business can provide will be much appreciated and will help support our mission and the Reading community. Donating to our Annual Gala is also a great opportunity to promote your business. Over 250 residents of Reading and the surrounding area, many of whom are likely your target customers, attend our Annual Gala. As a supporter of our Annual Gala, we will recognize your business and donation in the following ways:
Women’s League of Reading Website: We will recognize your business on our List of 2019-2020 Annual Gala Donors on our website, www.wlreading.org.
Annual Gala Signage: We will list your business on signage at the Dinner Dance.
Annual Gala Program: We will list your business in our Annual Gala program, which will be handed out to the over 250 attendees.
Targeted Email Communication: We can send a message or offer on your behalf to the over 250 attendees of the Annual Gala via a targeted email communication. Please provide details of your message or offer with your donation by the February 15, 2020.
